- “Products” means Korean beauty cosmetics sold through the Platform
- “Platform” means hanami.al and all associated services
- “User” means any person accessing or transacting on the Platform
- “Order” means a purchase request submitted through the Platform
3. Eligibility

4. Product Information
We attempt to describe Products accurately. We do not warrant that descriptions, pricing, or availability are error-free. Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any Product without notice.

6. Orders and Acceptance

8. Returns and Refunds

- Cosmetics that have been opened, used, or have broken seals cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the Product is defective
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned Product
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions

- Products are intended for external cosmetic use only unless otherwise specified
- Perform a patch test before full application of any new Product
- Discontinue use if irritation occurs
- We are not liable for allergic reactions or adverse effects
- Consult a dermatologist if you have concerns about Product suitability

11. User Conduct

- Interfere with Platform operations or security

15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Products in question
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
